How to boost the bass in a song
Give a song deeper bass for your car, headphones or a party, and keep it from distorting.
Step by step
- Open the Bass Booster and choose a song.
- Set the amount of Bass. Start around +6 dB.
- Press Preview with effects on the speakers or headphones you'll use.
- Happy with it? Convert and Download at 320 kbps.
How much bass?
- +3 to +6 dB: fuller and warmer, good for phone speakers and earbuds.
- +8 to +12 dB: clearly boosted, good for car speakers and headphones.
- +15 dB: the "bass boosted" effect from TikTok and YouTube. Fun, but heavy.
A limiter keeps the loudest parts from crackling, so even big boosts stay clean.
Combine it
Bass boost goes well with slowed + reverb and 8D audio. Make one version, then open that file again and add the next effect.
