How it works

Open your audio

Choose an MP3, WAV, M4A or any audio or video file.

Select the part

Drag the handles on the waveform, or type the exact start and end times.

Keep it or remove it

Choose Keep selection or Remove selection, then Convert and Download.

Cut exactly where you want

The waveform shows where the music gets loud or quiet. Drag the handles to the right spot and press Play to listen before you save. For exact cuts, type the times yourself, for example 1:23.5.

Remove something from the middle

Switch to Remove selection to take out an intro, a long pause, a mistake or an ad. The two parts on either side get joined automatically.

Keep full quality

Choose WAV or FLAC if you'll edit the file again later. Both are lossless.

How do I trim an MP3?

Open the MP3, drag the handles to the part you want, choose Keep selection, then press Convert and Download.

Can I cut a part out of the middle?

Yes. Select the part you don't want and choose Remove selection.

Does cutting lower the quality?

Pick 320 kbps MP3 to keep it close to the original, or WAV or FLAC for no loss at all.

Does it work offline?

Yes, once you have used a tool online one time. The audio engine is then saved on your device.
