FLAC to WAV converter
Convert lossless FLAC music to WAV for software, devices and CD burners that do not open FLAC.
How it works
Choose a FLAC file from your device.
Leave the effects off for an exact copy.
Press Convert, then Download.
Same sound, different container
FLAC and WAV are both lossless, so nothing is thrown away. FLAC is compressed like a ZIP file, WAV is not, so the WAV is about twice as big. MeloCut saves 16-bit WAV, the same quality as a CD.
Need it smaller instead? FLAC to MP3 at 320 kbps sounds very close and is a fraction of the size.

How to installQuestions and answers
Does FLAC to WAV lose quality?
No for normal CD-quality FLAC. High-resolution 24-bit FLAC files are saved as 16-bit WAV.
Why is the WAV bigger?
WAV is uncompressed, so it uses about 10 MB per minute.
